D.A Wants CONRAD MURRAY To Pay More Than $100 MILLION!!!

After Conrad Murray was found guilty of manslaughter the Prosecutors have requested the judge Michael Pastor to order the doc to pay Michael Jackson's children more than $100 million for the loss of their father.
This is according to the new court documents filed by the D.A., Michael Jackson's children are "entitled to wages or profits lost due to injury incurred by the victim."
Prosecutors argue that Michael's 3 kids are victims under the law, and they should get restitution from Dr. Murray ... this amount will cover for funeral expenses,wages and lost profits. The D.A. cites a letter from the MJ Estate, that MJ would have made upto $100 million in revenue from the "This Is It" tour.
The D.A. is also seeking the maximum punishment of 4 years in State Prison. The D.A. reason for seeking a maximum sentence is that Murray was "risking Mr. Jackson's life every night" by administering Propofol. And the D.A. says, MJ was a "particularly vulnerable victim." And the D.A. says, Murray tried to cover up his crime by lying.

Ryan Braun has been announced the NL MVP, this is after he lead the Brewers to win their first division title after three decades.
He got 20 out of 32 votes for the first place, and also got 388 points voted by members of The Baseball Writers’ Association of America. He really worked hard throughout the season, however: Los Angeles center fielder Matt Kemp received 10 first-place votes and finished second with 332 points.
This is Braun said after the win:
“I’m not going to pretend like I wasn’t anxious or nervous because I was. I was obviously thrilled, excited. It’s honestly difficult to put into words how much this means to me.”
On the other hand, Braun’s teammate Prince Fielder grabbed third spot with one first-place vote and 229 points, and Arizona’s Justin Upton (one first-place vote, 214 points) finished fourth. St. Louis’ Albert Pujols finished fifth, the 11th straight year the three-time MVP has appeared in the top 10.
Braun’s victory comes a day after Detroit’s Justin Verlander added the AL MVP to his Cy Young. And Braun was full of praise for Verlander:
“I think he was the single most dominant player in baseball this year. As a position player I’m biased to the fact that I think position players should be at the forefront of the award but if you honestly look at what he accomplished, how much he meant to that team and how dominant he truly was you cannot make any argument against him winning that award.”

Justin Bieber's alleged baby mama Mariah Yeater will presenting the DNA results for her baby according to her Legal team.
Attorney Jeffrey Leving said that Yeater has not been NOT avoiding the DNA test, and said they are anxiously to compare baby Tristyn's DNA with Justin Bieber's.
The attorney also said that he DOES have a problem with Justin's DNA taken last week on friday, this is because there was no member of Yeater's team to administer the process and he is not sure whether the proper controls followed in the test
Although members of Justin's team had claimed that Yeater's team had gone silent since Justin took the test on Friday, Jeffrey says his co-counsel has been in touch with Justin's lawyer, Howard Weitzman, Monday and Tuesday. Jeffrey said he hopes that both sides will reach an agreement on a DNA protocol.

It has been one of the most competitive seasons with sore ankles and even sorer losers, Dancing with the Stars came to an end on Tuesday night the winner being a heroic war survivor.
It was a battle between Rob Kardashian, 24, the reality TV brother who is often overshadowed by his Sisters against J.R. Martinez, 28, the soldier-come-actor whose triumph over severe burns received in Iraq brought raw emotion to the ballroom.
In the final dance, a samba which both couples had to choreograph on the fly, earning each of them a perfect score, after two nights of competition Kardashian had a one point lead. But the viewers had their say too because the Judges' scores made one half of the the final results. It was time for the viewers to decide, the winner was determined.

Smirnoff covered her face and began crying when she heard the news.
"First and foremost, I want to thank everyone who voted for us for 10 weeks," Martinez said. "Thank you, America, for believing in us."
He then addressed his partner, telling Karina, "You are amazing, and I'm so grateful I was able to be a part of your first mirror-ball trophy."
When he was awarded his mirror-ball trophy, Martinez hoisted it high above his head as confetti rained down.
The Runner-up Rob Kardashian, who was paired with Cheryl Burke, echoed Martinez's celebratory sentiments. "I'm super thankful," he said, after the results were announced. "This is such a crazy experience. I'm definitely not sad. I won in my book."

I haven’t been paying attention to Jennifer Lopez’s little fling with that backup dancer, Casper Smart, mostly because I’m hoping that if I ignore them, that little boy will go away. Yeah, he’s young and maybe (??) he has a good body (he looks ‘roidy), but his face… he is not pretty. Remember when Jennifer Lopez used to like ‘em pretty? There Ojani, who was pretty (and brow-tastic) and crazy, then there was Puff Daddy (that was his name then) who I didn’t find pretty, but J.Lo wasn’t with him for pretty. Then she had two pretty ones in a row – Chris Judd and Ben Affleck. And Affleck got the pretty out of her system, and she moved on to Marc Anthony. Will she ever go back to the pretty? I think she was trying to with Bradley Cooper, but that was such a massive FAIL of a PR gambit. Plus, B-Coop is more “emu” than “pretty”. Just sayin’.

While it’s flattering for J.Lo to have something new and shiny to look at, it doesn’t really feel like she’s “conquered” anyone, and there’s no sense of achievement. So what does she do? Anthony, 43, was spotted picking up Lopez, 42, at the airport — and “Marc never stayed in his hotel room,” the source says.
And the twosome, who put a fork in their seven-year marriage this past July, are destined to hook up again, pals say. Although Lopez is casually dating backup dancer Casper Smart, one friend predicts she and Anthony (father to her twins Emme and Max, 3) will be intimate again in December while shooting Q’Viva!
“It’s inevitable,” the friend says. Marc has this hold over her.” The split, says the friend has been an “emotional roller coaster” for the superstar.
