Lindsay Lohan's lawyer spoke in defence for Doctor Conrad Murray she says that Murray doesn't deserve the maximum sentence for the charge of manslaughter for Michael Jackson she argues that it will be unfair
Now that Murray's sentencing hearing being Tomorrow in L.A. and this is what Shawn Holley said when he was asked whether he thinks that the Doc deserves the four year sentence.
Holley went ahead to say that Murray did an "horrible" crime ... but she said he doesn't deserve the sentence because, "He has no record."
